Will my insurance company cover the cost of testing and or treatment?
Unfortunately, insurance will not cover the cost of testing or treatment.

What is the cost of testing?
A dry eye evaluation is a forty-five-minute visit encompassing objective testing and patient lifestyle evaluation. The cost of testing is $75.00; you can schedule online and pay through the website to save $25.00 on your evaluation.

What is the cost of the treatment?
The treatment is $300 per session. The treatment protocol calls for 3-4 sessions to be effective. Packages are available in Three or Four sessions that occur on day 1, day 15, day 45, and day 75 if a Fourth session was purchased. A Fourth session may be purchased later at the per-session rate. A bundle of Three sessions costs $ 800, and a bundle of Four sessions costs $ 1,050.

Can I use eye drops before testing?
Can I use eye drops before testing?
Artificial tears can interfere with the accuracy of objective testing. We would refrain from eye drops unless it is medically prescribed drops. Please call if you need clarification on your specific eye drops.

Should I wear my glasses or my contacts to the visit?
We would recommend wearing glasses the day of your visit. You’re more than welcome to wear your contacts after testing .

Can I bring someone with me for testing and or treatment days?
Patients are more than welcome to bring a companion along for any visit.

How often would I need to return after my final treatment?
Typically, patients who suffer from chronic dry eye benefit from a yearly touch-up session, along with their daily at-home maintenance.

When I visit yearly, after my last treatment, what would be my out of pocket cost?
The patient would be responsible for the cost of reevaluation and prorated session amount based on your initial bundle.

Can I wear makeup on the day of my visit?
To give you the best possible objective testing, we recommend you refrain from makeup usage on the day of testing or any day of treatment.
